Fluid Film
Annual treatment
Fluid Film is a lanolin-based coating that creeps into seams and cavities. C11 offers it as an annual treatment for ongoing rust prevention.
It’s an option to discuss when you want a coating you can maintain with regular reapplications. Tell us about existing rust or previous undercoating when you request a quote.
NHOU V3 Hybrid
Flexible protection
NHOU is one of the coating systems we use on vehicle frames and underbodies. It provides a flexible protective barrier and can be used as part of a treatment that includes cavities.
Factory coatings vary. We assess what’s already on the frame before deciding how to prepare it and where to apply the treatment. Ask us about the maintenance interval for your vehicle.
Dinitrol ML & 4941
Cavity wax & underbody coating
This system pairs Dinitrol ML cavity wax with 4941 underbody protection. It’s a longer-term option to discuss for suitable vehicles and trailers.
Old coatings and loose rust may need to be removed before application. We’ll discuss the preparation your vehicle needs and what to expect from the finished treatment.

Preparation Matters
A coating can only do its job when the surface is ready for it. Depending on the vehicle, preparation can include removing loose, flaky rust or dealing with an older coating before applying protection.
Undercoating does not repair structural rust. If metal is thinning, rotting through, or badly damaged, that needs to be addressed before a protective treatment.

Can You Coat a Vehicle That Already Has Rust?
Some surface rust can be prepared and protected. Heavy scaling or structural damage is a different situation. Send photos or call us to discuss the condition before booking.
